Book a call.

Three lengths, depending on how much you want to get through. I will ask how many leads you get in a month and what they cost you, how many become consultations and who runs them, what your conversion rate on those is, and what happens to a call that comes in at 7pm on a Friday.

If it is not a fit, I will tell you in the first five minutes and refund the call. The fee is there to make sure we both show up ready, not to make money on conversations.

  • Fifteen minutes $60

Enough to hear your numbers and tell you whether there is a problem worth chasing.

  • Thirty minutes $110

Your numbers, and time to work out where the losses are most likely sitting and what it would take to find out.

    Book thirty minutes
  • One hour $200

Your intake taken apart thoroughly and in depth with you. Every stage between the phone ringing and the retainer, and what I would change first. You get the notes afterwards.

Before you book

The booking form asks the questions above. Answer what you know and skip what you do not — the skipped ones tell me as much as the answered ones, and it means we spend the call on your intake instead of on discovery.

If you would rather see the arithmetic first, five questions and nothing gets sent anywhere.

Terms

Not a fit. If I can tell in the first five minutes that I cannot help you, I will say so and refund the call in full.

Reschedule or cancel. Any time up to two hours before, and the fee comes back in full or moves to the new time, whichever you prefer.

No-shows. Not refunded. That one is the whole business in miniature.
